The information is provided to you “as is” without express or implied warranty. December reserves the right to remove or edit content from our website and/or to modify or withdraw products at anytime without notice.

The terms, conditions and notices (hereinafter known as “Terms of Services”) stated on this page and other related documents apply on any product and/or services (collectively known as “Services”) listed and/or rendered to you while accessing and using our website www.hellomellow.co (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Any error with regards to any price and/or offer of any product on this website or acceptance of any order shall be subject to correction. You will have the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

Every care has been taken to reproduce the colours of our collection accurately. Colours may also vary depending on the configuration of your computer screen.

Duty and Tax
All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

Promotion

All promo code and gift voucher issued from giveaway are only applicable to mellow products on the website www.hellomellow.co, unless otherwise stated. Promo code cannot be used in conjunction of other discount, promo code or voucher unless stated otherwise. Management reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice.

Exchange policy

We understand that it can be difficult shopping for the perfect fit for your little ones. We therefore allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear (same product and variant) within 14 business days of your purchase in person at our office, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange.

Quality is something we guarantee. In the unlikely event that you’ve received a faulty product, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at hello.mellow.sg@gmail.com with a picture of the defect the soonest (within 3 days of your receipt of shipment).

2. Upon confirmation of product defect by us or the principal brand, kindly return the defective item(s) to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment in person at our office. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

* Registered mail is highly recommended as we shall not be responsible for lost of mail if the return parcel is unregistered.

As soon as we have received and accepted the returned item(s), a replacement will be sent. In cases where the item becomes unavailable, a store credit will be issued to you. Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If the item shows signs of wear and tear, or brand tags removed, we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund unfortunately.

 

We are unable to process any refunds or exchange for products purchased under 'Sale','Outlet' and/or during promotional period. For us to facilitate an exchange, the apparel or footwear must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached. *For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.

Outlet and Sale

We are unable to process any refunds or exchange for products purchased under 'Sale' and 'Outlet', during promotional period.
